Abstract

This paper explores the leadership, political, and spirituality aptitudes and beliefs of STEM students and examines differences between the genders within and across STEM sub-fields. Findings reveal unique characteristics of women and men in STEM fields and may inform policies designed to support students’ success in STEM disciplines.
