Abstract

Considerable evidence indicates the importance motivation and self-regulation in educational settings. There is an insufficient understanding about the relationships among procrastination, task value, self-efficacy, test anxiety, and self-regulation. This study examines these relations of variables from a different perspective. Results indicated the significant relationships among the abovementioned variables, which in turn contribute to student achievement and positive outcomes. Findings could inform educators the role of procrastination in self-regulated learning.
