This research explored the influence of using information and communication technology (ICT) in schools on students’ self-efficacy in mathematics, and students’ performances. Data was collected from 2012 Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA). Among members of OECD countries, three countries were selected for this research: France, Korea, and U.S.A. 15-year-old school pupils whose grades are from 9 to 11 were subjects of this study who took universal examinations in mathematics and reading. In multiple regression analysis, a moderator analysis was studied. By comparing three countries’ cases, the study is to examine whether the use of ICT would affect increase students’ self-efficacy and students’ performance scores and find out which country has higher impact than other two countries.
