This teacher research focuses on the author’s experience of integrating digital photography in her preschool classroom to enhance “visible listening” in her own practice while supporting her students in the co-creation of classroom decision-making through their photovoice projects. Seeking to further support her students’ photography interest, the author addresses the lack of resources available for preschoolers. Through collaboration with her students, the author discusses in this paper the resulting creation of two resources to ameliorate the gap in literature: an illustrated children’s photography guide and a practitioner resource for integrating digital photography in an early childhood setting.
