This paper examines the reported attitudes of 8,794 teachers from 319 schools across 11 states. These educators worked at schools that implemented a new educator effectiveness and professional development support system, TAPTM: The System for Teacher and Student Advancement. The purpose of this study is to understand how teachers respond to the implementation and continuation of such a system. Findings demonstrate teachers reported favorable opinions of the four core elements of the TAP System and teachers also reported positive teacher-, student-, and school-level impacts. Results of the study showcase the positive perspective of teachers when local capacity is built; additionally, the results indicate teachers are available to rigorous evaluation when connected to a structure support system.
