Despite growing use of online teacher professional development (oTPD), there is limited research on oTPD for bilingual education teachers. The purpose of this study was to explore the factors that influence teacher satisfaction with an oTPD program developed for Texas bilingual teachers. Teacher variables (gender, first language, and prior online learning/PD experience) as well as oTPD variables (course organization, system user-friendliness, technology efficacy, communication with instructor, communication with peers, and overall convenience) were considered. T-test and multiple regression were used to analyze participant survey data (N=271). Although no teacher variables were statistically significant in terms of level of satisfaction, the oTPD variables of communication with instructor, communication with peers, and overall convenience were significant.
