Abstract

This paper explores and examines the impact of discussions around critical race curriculum in bias and advocacy awareness of urban school educators in an urban principalship program. The analysis of ideas and themes from students’ curriculum artifact analysis papers and probing the positionality of the Black female professor further deepens inquiry into the urgency of anti-racist and anti-oppressive stances in academia and in K-12 classrooms.
