Abstract

Qualitative study of a group of Muslim women learning leadership in a cohort-based summer program. Implementing a theoretical framework of situated cognition, servant leadership, and Islamic leadership to provide an accurate analysis of the lived experiences of faith-community leaders. Results will include a critical reflection of the intersectionalities of religious identities and socio-political context.
