Abstract
In this paper, the author employed social epistemic injustice theory to illustrate how testimonial narratives of African Americans and Palestinians, veritable sources of power and knowledge, are contested and invalidated by the agents of the criminal justice system in the United States and Israel, situated within the broader context of settler colonialism and the racial ideologies of white supremacy and Zionism. The narratives and counter-narratives need further analysis and undergo triangulation.
