This presentation brings together university teacher educators who work to support prospective teacher learning through ePortfolio reflection. It addresses challenges in nurturing prospective teachers' reflective practice through three questions: 1) How do preservice teachers reflect in their ePortfolios and how does that reflection transform their teaching practice? 2) Given the demands of standardized assessment (InTASC, edTPA, or local systems), how can teacher educators ensure that ePortfolios enable learning as well as evaluation? 3) How do teacher educators use ePortfolio data to guide program redesign?
