Abstract
Mid-career faculty experience substantial career transitions characterized by a time of reflection and reassessment; yet, they are rarely included in the literature. The purpose of this interactive symposium is to build on on-going disciplinary conversations, to report on the research, and to identify the issues for these faculty with the purpose of building a future faculty professional development opportunity at AERA Division J.
