14.038 - Preparing Leaders to Work for Educational Equality: Effective Feedback to Students on Leadership and Scholarship

Abstract

The purpose of this working group roundtable is three-fold: We seek to 1) reflect on the nature of and means by which professors offer feedback to educational leadership doctoral students regarding their leadership practice and scholarship, with a focus on increasing the effectiveness and cultural responsiveness of feedback; 2) identify questions that may serve to guide future research about feedback; and 3) build connections that may lead to collaborative research projects around feedback.
