Abstract
This roundtable explores the experiences of educators and students as they are located within a specific social context. Papers featured on this roundtable include: Chicana/Latina exeperiences in preservice program, life experiences of four teachers of color, autobiographical narratives of rural teachers, roller derby as learning community, and the meanings of self-doubt for students in a psychology practicum.
