Session Type: Roundtable Session
In this round table session, presenters consider how to build collaboration capacity and ensure that partnership connections are sustainable. Effective, authentic communication tests partnerships, and two of the papers address communications challenges that emerge from the sometimes uncomfortable intersections that partnerships create. In the third paper, a principal preparation program seeks to sustain their graduates as they negotiate their new roles and opportunities to develop.
