The purpose of this study is to explore volunteerism with LGBTQ community-related initiatives among LGBTQ college graduates. Data for this study originate from The National LGBT Alumni Survey (Garvey, 2016), and includes 988 LGBTQ respondents who graduated in 2009-2013. To understand the influences of independent variables on percentage of current free time spent volunteering with LGBTQ community-related initiatives, we employed a linear regression analyses with two blocks: undergraduate experiences and alumni experiences. The linear regression analysis with all independent variables explained 18% (p < 0.001) of the variance in percentage of current free time that respondents spent volunteering with LGBTQ community-related initiatives.
