Abstract

Asian American transracial adoptees are the largest transnational adoptee demographic in the U.S., yet research that examines the identities and experiences of transracial adoptees working in higher education is virtually non-existent. This roundtable will explore the multifaceted perspectives of this population and share guidance and recommendations for future research.
