This paper presents findings from a study on the nature of feedback given among teacher leaders in a vertically articulated professional learning community. As part of a vertical team, teachers observed videos of each other’s classrooms, debriefed about those observations, and reflected individually on their practice. The aim of this study was to determine the nature of the feedback through this process and to articulate the ways in which the structure of a teacher leadership program encouraged teachers to provide critical feedback to each other.
