In this paper the creation of a hypothetical chapter in Talks to Teachers in 1907(as opposed to 1899) titled: The Pragmatic Classroom will be considered in order to find the practical implications of Jamesian Pragmatism in education today. Through a deep analysis of Pragmatism, Talks to Teachers, and additional works the role of the pragmatic teacher, pragmatic student, and pragmatic classroom will emerge. In this theoretical search for a hypothetical James, the aim is to explore theories of Jamesian Pragmatism that can find praxis with current practice and pedagogy.
