Mon, April 16, 4:05 to 5:35pm, The Parker, Floor: Third Floor, Tansa 2 Room

Abstract

This study investigates the usage of the self-assessment activities in a medical recertification program, as well as its association with the secure test performance. The findings show that the participation of these activities was associated with higher test scores and higher pass rates in the secure exam. The more activities one completed, the better the test performance was. Senior physicians’ self-assessment participation rates were lower than younger physicians, and they got lower test scores and pass rates in the secure exam.
