Abstract

What is the relationship between Reconceptualist theory and practice in early childhood? How does theory come to emerge in practice? How does practice ignite theory? Through four diverse collaborations between academics and practitioners, this international symposium makes visible essential relationships between Reconceptualist theory and practice. Through the lens of timely issues in early childhood settings, practitioners and academics collaborate to offer insights into what Reconceptualist work was, is and might be.
