Division D Business Meeting and Vice Presidential Address

Abstract

Dr. Kadriye Ercikan, Division D Vice President, will deliver her keynote address “Potential and Challenges in Using Process Data for Advancing Educational Measurement” at the event. Since its inception in 2009, the Division D Business Meeting has been an occasion for members to gather and engage in meaningful conversations. With this in mind, the 2018 business meeting in New York City will be followed by an award ceremony to honor our colleagues’ achievements.

Winners of the following awards will be recognized for their work and achievements:

• Promising Young Scholars
• Dissertation Award
• Early Career Award
• Significant Contributions to Research Methodology Award
• Robert Linn Distinguished Address Award

The event also includes presentations by winners of the graduate poster competition. The evening ends with a free reception to encourage interactions among members in an informal setting.
