This session considers effectiveness of leadership preparation programs, looking at the impact of the following: a professional development partnership program in Cairo, how programs attend to the changing federal, state and local policies, how candidates feel the internship prepares them to lead in schools, and how well leadership preparation programs show candidates how to commit to social justice work.
