Just as teacher turnover has impacts on a school and student achievement, principal turnover has impact as well. This qualitative study interviews twenty-seven teachers within a school that has an all new administration team. Once the data was analyzed, the most prevalent themes the teachers asked for were an increase in communication, school community, and cohesion in school vision and implementation. The recommendation, based on the data, is for new administrators to purposefully implement and cultivate school-level structures that support school communication, cohesion, and community.
