Developing Reflective Practitioners in an ePortfolio System

Abstract

The development of reflective practitioners is the goal of many teacher preparation programs, some of which purport to develop and evaluate the skill of reflection through the construction of an ePortfolio (Barrett, 2007; 2016; Salinas-Grandy, 2016). This presentation provides the audience with a framework for viewing the ePortfolio project holistically, as a system with six parts that must be maintained.
