The purpose of this case study is to add to the limited body of literature and knowledge of school administrators’ perceptions of teacher preparation, and to explore answers to the questions: In what ways do school administrators of alumni from one teacher education program (TEP) perceive the program's ability to prepare effective educators? According to the administrators, how do the new teachers from the TEP positively impact student learning and development? Analyzing data from surveys and interviews, three main themes emerged. These themes articulated the administrators’ perceptions of the graduates’ preparation and impact on student learning and development.
