Abstract

Working mothers experience challenges in our culture of increasing workplace expectations, inadequate maternity leave, inequitable second shift responsibilities, and elevated norms related to motherhood. This presentation will focus on the experiences of teacher mothers. The presenters will provide themes from their research and recommendations for supportive norms and policies.
