How Noncognitive Development in Higher Education Affects Chinese Graduates' First Job Outcomes?

Based on a Chinese National Undergraduate Survey, this study examined relations between noncognitive development and college students’ first job. The authors found that both cognitive and noncognitive development played significant roles in wages, satisfaction, career decision of college students’ first job, but effects of noncognitive development were more remarkable.
