Harassment, intimidation, bullying and teasing (HIBT) is a major international problem. This paper details a twenty-year collaboration among professors, novice researchers, school administrators, teachers and tolerance center staff in the U.S.A. with their counterparts in Indonesia to support the development and implementation of an anti-bullying program designed to foster the peaceful classroom.
