This paper analyzes the course design and instructional strategies implemented by a professor in a multicultural education course offered in a university in the United States. In this case study the authors have examined how the professor successfully produced changes in all three components of attitude, namely cognitive, affective and behavioral, among her students. Examining the course design and the instructional strategies implemented by the professor under the lens of Bank’s Five Dimensions of Multicultural Education, the authors have derived valuable implications for instructors of multicultural education.
