This study used a critical narrative analysis to examine how racially minoritized professors utilized their cultural knowledge and assets to resist racist work environments. Racism drives interpersonal, departmental, and campus dynamics that marginalize and isolate Black, Latinx, and Native American faculty. Racially minoritized faculty resist structural and cultural racism by forming race and gender networks, working to disprove stereotypes, and engaging in race-related service work. I used community cultural wealth to highlight the cultural knowledge and assets that facilitated the agency of racially minoritized faculty to adapt, resist, and transform racist working environments.
