Queer and trans scholarship, Afrofuturism, Indigenous futurism, and many others disrupt chronological time in order to ask questions about time as intensive and inventive, and to open up the future to different possibilities. We are interested in how walking research-creation might inflect time and the archive with new figurations, in order to invoke a situated ethics that is accountable to queer, trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (QTBIPOC) subjectivities and worlds. In this paper we walk-with and think-with three walking research-creation events that invoke the feeling of place, time and the archive as futurepresent.
