This study in an exploration of two Tibetan female middle-school foreign language teachers' professional identity construction. Using internationality in the feminist theory, we analyzed the life stories and anecdotes in their teaching and living. The results were three-fold. The two Tibetan female English teachers' cultural and social backgrounds affected the development of their profession identity. Age, gender, ethnicity, and equal opportunities of Tibetan female teachers were related to their profession identity. Reflection and in-service learning were the approaches of Tibetan female teachers took to achieve self-relief in the process of constructing their professional identity.
