Abstract

The purpose of this study focused on analyzing organizational strategies to manage the quality of international students’ academic and social experience at universities in the province of Ontario which enrolls the largest international student population in Canada. This qualitative study utilized the Case Study approach for its data collection and analysis; the study collected public documents, took field notes, and interviewed staff members at the international student offices to generate their experience working with their colleagues at other departments within the universities. The study found that the offices strategized their functions to coordinate the university resources and to provide their expertise support at their universities.
