Abstract

Using semi-structured interviews, we engage engineering faculty and academic advisors at one university and two community colleges to explore processes related to coursework transfer. Through thematic analysis, complexities emerge at the intersection of transfer articulation and enrollment management policies, which have challenging implications for transfer students.
