Approach to the Different Style of Learning Outcomes: Focus on the Interaction With Campus Members

Abstract

This paper examines how students interact with campus members to have a better learning outcome. Diverse students consist of dynamic campus climates over time. However, newly emerging student groups such as non-traditional, international, and other under-representative minorities beyond traditional student groups are still challenged under the existing campus culture. When diverse students interact with other campus members including classmates, faculty, and other administrative staffs in institution the relation affects their learning outcomes. The result of this study shows that the different interactions affect a formulation of specific style of learning outcomes in different ways. This implies that higher education researchers should consider different voices from the diverse roles of campus members and the background of students for better learning outcome.
