The PK-16 Pathways of Promise (P³) project compiles college student performance data on graduates of several local education agencies (LEAs) and return that data to the LEAs to help them analyze their college readiness efforts. Now in its second year, P³ has already compiled post-secondary retention, performance, and graduation data for n = 9673 college students who graduated from one of 20 high schools in 13 LEAs and enrolled as first-time college students at one of two regional public universities since 2010. Partner districts also received $10,000 to support professional development and programs aimed at improving the college readiness of their graduates. This paper reports on the data collected and how it has informed LEA efforts to improve college readiness.
