Tue, April 9, 12:20 to 1:50pm, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Floor: 300 Level, Hall C

Abstract

In cognitive diagnostic modeling, trustworthy classification of student attribute profiles is vital to accurate diagnosis of strengths and weaknesses in learning for students as well as targeting remedial instructions for teachers. In this study, we examined the performance of four classification methods with various classification criteria on the accuracy of attribute classification for CDMs via a Monte Carlo study.
