This study investigated 170 adults (77 Jewish and 93 non-Jewish, online survey participants) regarding anti-Semitic beliefs and discovered significant findings. The majority of non-Jewish respondents espoused anti-Semitic views. Anti-Jewish sentiments were collected which detailed racist views toward the religious group being investigated (Jewish populations in Virginia Beach, VA). While these results were not surprising, and are actually commonplace, it is hoped these findings can offer further insight into this phenomenon in hope of ameliorating this type of racism towards Virginia’s Jewish community.
