Abstract

This paper discusses the Structured Ethical Reflection Process used in a long term action research project to educate high school aged youth about sexual violence. Both the research team and the students in the program participated in Structured Ethical Reflection (SER), an action research process that roots the project in shared values. The SER process is discussed, along with the ways that SER guided decision making over the course of a year throughout various stages of the project.
