This study contains a meta-analysis of the impacts of corrective feedback (CF) using technology on second language (L2) students’ writing performance. This study aims to provide a systematic and statistical synthesis of the extent to which technology-enhanced CF can be an instructional practice used to help L2 students improve their writing quality and accuracy, considering moderator variables. Altogether, 21 primary studies were retrieved. It was found that there were medium overall effects of technology-enhanced CF on L2 writing. Each experimental group was coded for moderator variables: grade level, learning context, types of technology used, treatment length, and outcome measure types. The moderator analyses showed that types of technology used and treatment length were found to be significant moderators of technology-enhanced CF.
