The link between multiple perspective ratings of organizational leadership behavior and organizations has merit, but research on school leaders’ perceptions of capacity within constituent groups and organizational climate in conjunction with teachers’ perceptions of the same are nuanced and not entirely present in the literature. This study investigates the incongruence between teachers’ and leaders’ perceptions of organizational inclusion aspects and inclusive leadership capacity and explores organizational outcomes. Two hypotheses were tested. Hypothesis 1: leaders’ and teachers’ perceptions of the leadership team’s ability to lead an inclusive campus will have a positive impact on school organizational outcomes. Hypothesis 2: the incongruence between leaders’ and teachers’ perceptions of leadership capacity will negatively impact the organizational outcome of the schools.
