The changing social and epistemological diversity in Ireland has caused a crisis of inclusive leadership. While there is nascent cultural awareness, recent publications identified the dearth in intercultural training and development for school leaders requires attention. Therefore, this research project is designed to demonstrate how school leaders can achieve whole-school success by utilizing culturally inclusive leadership practices. Specifically, this project in line with IHREC goal 1 and 4 will encourage the development of respect for equity and cultural competence among school leaders as well as encourage effective culturally inclusive practices that promote dignity, freedom, and acceptance of diversity in school.
