The purpose of the study is to explore the relationships between various academic experiences as predictors of emotional health among international college students analyzing the 2009 Cooperative Institutional Research Program (CIRP) the Freshman Survey (TFS) and the follow up College Senior Survey (CSS) in 2013. The results show that international students who are male, from high SES backgrounds, academically more achieved, spent more time on studying, and showed high intellectual self-confidence reported higher level of emotional health. For predictors of emotional health, high rate of emotional health in high school, hours spent on study, college GPA, self-rated intellectual confidence, speaking English as native language, failing to complete homework on time, self-rated intellectual ability, satisfaction with college experience were significant predictors.
