Dual Language Teacher Development in Western Washington and Seattle Metro Area

Abstract

In this presentation, I examine how district and state leaders involved in dual language education programming and policies in the state of Washington collaboratively worked with an institute of higher education to create a transformative endorsement program and elementary teacher education program.
