Abstract
The purpose of this symposium is to build nuanced descriptions of, and theoretical insights about, whiteness and white racial identities. Talks represent selected chapters in the recent book entitled Whiteness at the Table, and explore how a more flexible understanding of whiteness and white racial identity allow new possibilities in anti-racist education.
