Abstract

This session will present findings for improving the success for underrepresented and underserved students of color in the developmental education to pre-calculus sequence in community colleges. Findings from this study are derived from a National Science Foundation (NSF) project that involved a survey of math chairs, a survey of math faculty, and case studies at exemplar minority serving institutions.
