Abstract
Despite the ongoing prioritization of STEM fields across educational institutions and systems, recruiting and retaining students of color remains a challenge. In this session, analyses of the STEM trajectories of multiple groups of minoritized students will afford considerations of race, ethnicity, and gender as intersecting mediators of STEM pathways.
