Abstract
In this session, the authors will explore and report their research findings as well as theoretical perspectives on school transformation, school change, leadership, and support models (or lack thereof) used to spearhead and sustain these efforts. The scholars will highlight the positives and challenges associated with the impact on students and those who are charged with executing these efforts.
