Abstract

The speaker at our business meeting will be Daniel C. Moos. This presentation, "Teacher as Learner: The Missing Ingredient for Integrating Self-Regulated Learning in the Classroom?" will explore why and how self-regulated learning should be integrated into teacher development programs. The presentation will be framed by his team's research agenda over the last twelve years, practical experience working with pre- and in-service teachers, and firsthand experience as an elementary and middle school teacher.
