Abstract

This is the Annual Helen DeVitt Jones Lecture in Teacher Education sponsored by Helen DeVitt Jones Endowment Fund in Teacher Education, College of Education, Texas Tech University. It is open for everyone at 2018 AERA Annual Meeting. The lecturer for this year is Dr. Sharon Feiman-Nemser. Dr. Feiman-Nemser is the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Professor of Jewish Education at Brandeis University. A former high school English teacher, She earned a BA from the University of Michigan, an MA in English from the University of Chicago, and an Ed.D. from Teachers College, Columbia University.
